Tousi scored the success after finishing the 100 meter race in 11.67 seconds, setting a new record for Iran.
The 3rd Islamic Solidarity Games opened on September 22, and will end on October 1.
So far, Kayvan Qanbarzadeh in the high jump and Maryam Tousi and Reza Qassemi in the 100-meter fields won gold medals, the Islamic republic news agency reported.
A total of 88 athletes are representing Iran in the competitions.
Athletes from 55 countries are competing in 13 events including archery, badminton, basketball, beach volleyball, football, karate, swimming, taekwondo, tennis, volleyball, weightlifting and wushu.
